A) Four places that I go to over and over:
The bathroom... Okay, TMI!
The central California coast, namely San Luis Obispo. I went to college in that area, and my son currently lives there (just got back from a visit as a matter of fact). I would move there in a second if only I could afford it.
I go to Trader Joe's every chance I get. Yes, it's a grocery store but they have some of the coolest stuff (mostly chocolate).
The book store... ANY book store. I can't walk by one without going inside. There's just something about the sight and smell (Ever notice that new books have their own particular smell? Not quite "new car smell" but pretty darn good nonetheless.) of all those wonderful books.
The Mexican Riviera (aka the West Coast of Mexico). I love cruising from Cabo to Acapulco and all points in between. No matter how many times I cruise this particular geographic stretch, I'm always ready to go again.
B) Four of my favorite places to eat:
Just about any Italian place. I LURVE pasta! I LURVE pizza! I LURVE just about anything Italian (except tiramisu, because I do NOT love anything with a coffee flavor).
There's a local (California based) fast food place called Rubio's that has great burritos. The DH and I go there almost every weekend.
Any cruise ship dining room. Cruise food is THE BEST! If you are going to blow a diet of any kind, a cruise ship is the perfect place to do it.
Okay, I'll admit it, McDonald's because I LURVE their french fries. I'm sure McD's fries should be on an illegal controlled substance list of some kind, but thank goodness they are not!
C) Four places I would rather be right now:
Some place nice and cool. At the moment I'm not picky. If it is 70 degrees Farenheit or under, I'm THERE!
Hawaii. I know, I know, it's not particularly cool there, but it is so beautiful and relaxing, especially Maui...
New Zealand, because I've never been there and I'd LURVE to see all those spectacular landscapes from the Lord of the Rings movies up close and in person. Besides, it's winter there right now and most likely nice and cool...
In bed with this certain tall, lanky hunk... And no, I wouldn't want it to be cool there either!
This is a tough one for me since I don't watch much TV and really none that I'd watch over and over. Four shows I do like are:
Globetrekker -- great travel ideas
Rome, which I watched on DVD after it was canceled! ACK!
The Tudors. I watched this one on DVD recently also, and though it isn't terribly historically accurate, it was a ton o fun! Plus Johnny Rhys Meyers is so YUMMY!
The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson because he's such a mischievious lil devil with the cutest accent!
Now it's YOUR TURN to play! Give me four answers to one or more of these quesitons.

I love "Globe Trekker" and "Rome," too. Who did you like more, Vorenus or Titus Pullo? The four shows I can watch again and again are "X-Files," "30 Rock," "Law & Order" and "NCIS."
Hey Jane,
My sister was a HUGE X-files fan. I saw the first movie and frankly was not very impressed. My son loves L&O in all its many incarnations and I have watched various episodes with him whenever he is around. The other 2 you mentioned, never saw 'em.
Now, as to Rome... I LURVED both characters! However, I started out luvving Vorenus (he was so freakin noble and all) and wound up a HUGE Pullo fan. The big galoot won me over, go figure. ;-) Oh, and Marc Antony.... OOOO LA LA!!!
AC
fantasizing about MA and that oil bath scene.....
OK here we go
Four of my favourite places to eat
I too love Italian food any of it I could eat pasta or pizza everyday and never tire of it but I love Tiramisu, Cadburys have even brought out a chocolate family block with tiramisu love it. We have a great Italian restarant not far fom us called Rossettis
I love McDonalds as well
Red Rooster here in Australia they make the best fries
Coffee Club great cafe
I will think about the others and be back later I have not long got home from work and the new season of Australian Idol has started this week and I love that show I don't watch much TV but this is one show I love.
Huge congrats on the rave reviews Aunty Cindy I can't wait to read this book.
Have Fun
Helen
Hey Helen,
Thanx for the congrats, I'll be posting more details here in a day or two.
Red Rooster reminds me of a restaurant chain they have out here on the West Coast called Red Robin. We'll have to ask Jane and Terrio if they have them on the East Coast. Red Robin boasts a "healthy" menu, so your Red Rooster (with the great fries) sounds more like MY kinda place. ;-)
Enjoy Australian Idol. American Idol is another show I've never watched.
AC
the culturally deprived (or is that depraved?)
To answer that last question first, we do have Red Robin here on the east coast. Only I don't see anything healthy about it. All they have is greasy handburgers. I'm afraid the grease kills me.
I'll do 4 places I'd rather be right now.
Scotland - Don't think I have to explain that. LOL! And I've never been!
Hawaii - Also never been.
On a cruise - Mediterranean preferred. I did take a Caribbean one once and it was amazing.
A cabin in the mountains - with someone special, of course. ;) I need to make that happen. LOL!
35 days and counting!
I've never seen a Red Robin in NY, but I've been to one in Michigan. Their Philly cheesesteak is awesome.
Hey Terrio and Jane,
Thanx for the update on Red Robin! Maybe they changed their menus since last I looked (several years ago). Philly cheesesteak sounds YUM!
But then, so does Scotland! LOL! I've only ever been to Edinburgh and that was a very long time ago (as in still married to the ex looong ago!). Ya gotta LURVE those guys with a brogue!
AC
P.S. Terrio, I was in Chocolate Heaven last Sunday. I still managed NOT to give in to the temptation of those chocolate turtles, but I did buy some dark chocolate squares. ;-)
AC
AC - you are made of sturdier stuff than I. LOL! And did you know those peanut butter truffles I bought didn't have any peanut butter in them?! I was quite upset about that. They were filled with chocolate and had that tiny bit of peanut butter drizzled over the top. But they called the peanut butter truffles. That's false advertising!
