Home Again Home Again!

I'm BAAAACCCKKK!

I just returned home from my sixteenth cruise a few days ago. Unfortunately, my head is still spinning from jet-lag so I have no pictures to post just yet. I promise to have some in the near future...

...right after I finish my galley-proofs, which arrived a couple of days before I left and are due back to my copyeditor on Friday. ACK!!!

Meanwhile, I have a blog post up at Casablanca Authors today (just click on the title of this post to take you there) listing my Top Ten Things About Returning Home. Yes, Dorothy was right, there really is no place like it!

What has everyone been up to while I was gone? Yer olde Aunty would love to know!

P.S. Less than 100 days until The Wild Irish Sea is on the shelves!

Hi Jane,

So I heard! Several people on our cruise literally MISSED THE BOAT because of the high winds in NYC delaying their flights.

STAY SAFE!!!

Welcome back Aunty Cindy sounds like another fantastic cruise.

I have been busy what with Caitlyn being born at 11-30pm Friday 19th March a week early she is so little and cute at 6lbs and 18ins long she has auburn coloured hair and really long fingers but such a cutie I have pics up on facebook if you get a chance to have a look. Truly it is the most amazing feeling watching your grandkids come into the world.

As for weather it is autumn here in Oz but it still feels like summer it has been so hot we are still getting temps in the high
30's Celsius too hot for me at this time of the year I want nice cool weather LOL.

I am so looking forward to reading The Wild Irish Sea not long to go now YAY

Have Fun
Helen

Hi Helen,
SUPER CONGRATS on your newest grandbaby, Caitlyn! How very exciting for you (and how funny that in Wild Irish Sea, the hero's ex-wife is named Caitlyn)!

Also I hope you had a WONDERFUL birthday. I'm sure you did, since you got to spend it with your lovely family. I hope you got lots of new books and are happily reading away.

HUGS!
