Launch Day!!

HURRAY!!!

Today is my online Launch Party for The Treasures of Venice over on Romance Bandits! (Just click on the title of this post to go there.) We're having a treasure hunt, and I'm giving away books and chocolate as we celebrate all things Venetian.

Since The Treasures of Venice has actually been out for almost two weeks now, I'm curious if anyone has read it yet. If so, please tell me what was your favorite scene?

I was a little concerned how readers would react to the dual storyline in both contemporary and 1485 Venice. So far, all the reviews I've read have been positive about the two interconnected stories. What about you?

If you've read or are in the process of reading The Treasures of Venice, please tell me what you think of the dual storyline. And do you have a favorite scene? I'd love to know what it is!

There's still plenty of time to enter the contest for free copies of both The Treasures of Venice and The Wild Sight over on Booking Mama (http://bookingmama.blogspot.com/).

I love parallel story lines - always makes me want to read to see how they fit together.

Sheila,
I hope you enjoy the dual storylines. Mostly they went together with very little pre-planning on my part. :-P

AC
P.S. YOU are a Casa winner too, did you know that?

Thanks for the heads up. I didn't know they posted the winners on the sidebar. I thought it would be announced in the comments. Thanks for the book. Can't wait for your next stops on the blog tour.

YAY HELEN!

I think staying home from work to read TTOV is an EXCELLENT excuse. Just have your boss call me if she/he wants clarification! LOL!

I can't wait to hear what you think of the book.

I'm reading it now and I love the duel storylines, though I'll admit the modern story is my favorite. Then again, I haven't gotten that far and this could change. :)

As I told you, going from one to the other could have been jarring, but you pulled it off beautifully. Wonderful job!

Terrio,
I'm SO GLAD you are enjoying TTOV! So far, the reviewers (and readers) have been very positive about the dual storylines. Several have wanted MORE of the 15th century characters, but none have said they "HATED it!"
